Porchia is built for families protecting someone they love, and a lot of the people we protect are older adults. If Porchia is hard to read, hard to tap, or hard to follow, it isn't doing its job.

Our goal

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA. We test every page with automated accessibility checks (axe-core) and by hand, and we fix what we find. The last full check was on October 25, 2026.

What we do

• Large, readable text with strong contrast
• Every page and form works with a keyboard and a screen reader
• Short steps with one clear action at a time
• Animations stay still if your device asks for reduced motion

Tell us if something doesn't work

If any part of Porchia is hard to use, email support@porchia.app with the page and what happened. A family member can write for you. We read every message and aim to reply within 5 business days. If you need something in another format, ask and we'll send it.
